• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for orders under ₹999

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

• Express Shipping: ₹150 flat rate (available only in select locations)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment at any time.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high order volumes, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
